This study examines the practical design e-learning for the promotion of development in the research, creation and sharing of digital knowledge. With a conceptual framework, modeled the use of emerging technologies and practices examined, this study used Web 2.0 tools in the study of effective practices. A social network analysis (SNA) in the community of the blogosphere was conducted in Phase 1 to locate experts overall confidence in e-learning and knowledge networking. Collective investigation of these bloggers were then used in Phase 2 to create a new understanding of the digital environments of shared knowledge.
